Delivery and Returns


DELIVERY INFORMATION:

• We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

• We offer standard shipping options with estimated delivery times of 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.



RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Thomsons. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the contact us page to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please include the RMA number with your return shipment to ensure timely processing.

• Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.



DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.



EXCHANGES:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
